Shops we write to

We keep the business name, the business email address a shop publishes on its website, and the address of the page where we found it, as a record of why we wrote. If you ask us to stop, we keep your address on a do-not-contact list so we do not write again. Ask at [email protected] and we reply within one business day.

Private demos

A demo is a private page, not listed in search engines, built from the text of one shop's public web pages. It uses no logos, photos or design from that site and says it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the shop. The text we read is stored as a file the demo's chat uses. To have a demo and its stored text removed, write to us. Removal from our hosting is not instant: copies cached at the edge can remain for a limited time.

Messages typed into a demo chat

The chat is an AI assistant. What you type is sent to our chat service and to Cloudflare Workers AI to produce one answer. We do not store the messages or the answers. To enforce a daily limit we keep only counts: messages per demo per day, messages in total per day, and a short one-way hash of your connection address combined with the demo's address, deleted once it is a minute old, the next time anyone uses a demo. Nothing you type is emailed to the shop or to us. Please do not type personal or sensitive information into the demo.

Page views

This website runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and we set no cookies on it. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, delivers the pages and may keep standard technical logs of requests.

If you buy

The details you send us to set up the assistant (business name, website, the email address that should receive leads) and your order record. Stripe handles payment; we never see your card number. We never ask for your passwords: we work in your chat tool through a teammate invite you can remove at any time. Setup records are deleted 12 months after your last order, or sooner on request.

Who else gets it

Stripe, our hosting and email providers, and the AI tools that help us work. They may handle it outside Canada, including in the United States. We do not sell it.
